Professional and extremely good service!

Every spring the ants like coming into my house to say hello and I finally had enough (I would ~ see 10 ants a day randomly on my counter 😖and never had food left out on the counter).

After doing some online research, I ended up visiting Hoffman’s Extermination’s website (which lists the plans and prices - it seems like most exterminating companies don’t list their prices). After completing the online request to be contacted, I ended up receiving a call from Tara, who was terrific! Tara answered all my questions and because of her great customer service I felt comfortable enough to decide that the annual contract was the way to go (because not only could I deal with my annual ant issue but I could also address any wasp and hornet issues too).

Tara was able to schedule an exterminator to come out 3 days later (I spoke to her on a Saturday and Tony, the exterminator, came out Tuesday afternoon).

Tony was extremely professional and asked me questions regarding my ant issue prior to the “bug treatment” and after going through the house (before leaving to treat the outside perimeter of my property), he checked back in with me to make sure that all my issues were addressed (along with reminding me that if I any additional bug issues at all to give them a call). That night - no more ants!
