  As a practicing physical therapist in the area, I see many injured athletes working hard to get back onto the field or court. I have referred my clients to the coaches at C4 many times in order to help these athletes take the final steps toward recovering from an injury to elite athletic performance. I have the greatest confidence in their ability to safely and properly progress the athletes to their greatest potential all while making the experience really fun and engaging for the athletes.
  I know the coaches take great pride in the service they provide for others, and I'm sure they would carry over their knowledge and high-level of motivation into working with anyone on any fitness level in order to achieve their goals.
  I highly recommend their services from both a medical and personal level.

  I recently started the adult grind and grid classes with Jack and Mike. Really great, challenging workouts! Lots of variety in exercises and the trainers push you to do your best in a positive way. My conditioning is better then ever, my friend who goes to the classes too lost 15 lbs in a month.

  I started training with Jack almost two months ago and it has been awesome to already start seeing improvements in strength in such a short amount of time. I’ve been to many gyms over the years and C4 is top of the line when it comes to equipment, knowledge, and trainers. It’s obvious that Jack has experience and really knows his stuff. He pushes me every time I’m there and he makes sure to focus on a full body workout while also targeting specific areas of the body. I have had major back issues in the past and my back has not hurt once while training with him - a true testament to how big C4 is on pushing your body but never straying from perfect form. I can’t say enough good things about Jack and C4 in general!!

  My son started C4 with group classes a year ago after two foot surgeries to correct a birth issue and he loved Mike McGee and all of the C4 coaches! They all gave him the personal attention that was much needed.
  Since then, he has also picked up personal training with Mike Ward and is getting an excellent, personalized, effective workout ! He will also pick up more group sessions to supplement the personal training sessions this summer when his schedule opens up!
  Thank you to Charan, Mike McGee and also, Mike Ward, who has been excellent addition to the C4 team ! You have created something needed in our community and for my son !
