  We recently purchased a 2011 Honda Crosstour for our son at Ride Smart Auto. Joe and Dave and the rest of the crew were fanstastic. Everything from finding the car to filling out the paperwork went very smoothly. I was very happy with everything and will definitely use them again. Anybody looking for a quality used car should consider this team.

  We recently purchased a car for our daughter at Ride Smart Auto. Joe, Henry, and Fran made the whole process smooth and painless. These guys are honest and we are very happy with the car. Check these guys out before you look anywhere else for a used car.

  My wife needed a good, reliable, safe car so off to searching for a used Chevy Malibu. We wound up going to Ride Smart after finding exactly what she was looking for, but with all the bells and whistles! We had previously found mainly stock Malibus at other dealerships, however Ride Smart had one with leather seats, custom interior, sun/moon roof, seat warmers, separate climate controls, remote start, etc...., for the same price! HoneyBrook was a little far for us to drive, but way worth it in the end! Fran, Henry & Joe were all very cordial and helped us with any questions we had, not to mention provided the means to assist in having our mechanic check it over. Their down to earth and friendly demeanor set us at ease as we maneuvered the financial realities. Even though we purchased it through our credit union (an excellent rate we couldn't refuse!), Joe arranged our financing in order to streamline the process to our benefit, providing us a stress free buying environment & experience. They had each told us beforehand there's nothing wrong with this car! And our mechanic concurred two days later, so we purchased it with happiness and confidence. In the beginning we were just looking for a good car, get my wife around town, as well as back and forth from her job. We now envision this car as a vacation car. Can't wait to drive it!! We thank Joe, Fran, & Henry for the entire experience and for making it so positive and pleasant. *Both days we were there it poured rain like you can't believe!

  Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I gotta say I was skeptical when I saw how many good reviews RideSmart had on Google reviews, but after experiencing (first hand) the friendly attitude and customer service provided by Joe and the whole team (Henry, Kathy & Fran)...I am a believer. They sell clean quality cars at reasonable prices...no BS. While I've never known a car buying process to be fast (there's just too many steps to go through for it to be so), they move through the process as fast as possible.
  
  I purchased a 2015 VW Golf with crazy low mileage so I won't be needing a car anytime soon, but when my wife does, I'll be looking them up. Thanks again RideSmart...job well done!

  In June, we purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid from RideSmart. The staff there were absolutely awesome! Henry took the time to speak with us about all the benefits of the vehicle. Once we had decided to go ahead with the purchase, Henry stepped us through the entire process. When it came time to evaluate our trade-in, Joe was very thorough and explained all of the criteria involved in assessing the car’s true value. We knew our 2006 Honda Accord needed a bit of work, but Joe was still willing to meet us in the middle of where he valued it and what we were anticipating. A few weeks later, the AC suddenly stopped working. I called over to RideSmart, explained what I experienced, and they said to bring it over. Fran took the time to thoroughly examine the issue; in the meantime they provided me with a loaner. A couple days later, Fran called me to explain that the fix was easy and there was no charge.
  
  I would recommend RideSmart Auto to anyone in the area who’s looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality, pre-owned vehicle!
