Finally decided to replace a leaky, noisy 15 year old washer and dryer set. Kris spent a generous amount of time walking through potential options in the show room. We opted for higher-end, larger capacity replacements because the prices were well within our budget.

The appliances were delivered exactly when we expected them and without incident. We were extremely impressed with the delivery team -- the laundry is on the 3rd floor with little clearance for the new, larger units. Kris and Jeremy masterfully transported the old units out and new units in - no small feat up up multiple sets of steps, in tight quarters, with the new GE 850 washer; weighing about 250lbs.

Installation was thorough. Kris and Jeremy made sure that the appliances were properly seated and balanced, supply lines and drains were secured, and functioned as expected and without leaks.

Appliance Alliance delivers honest and quality service from start to finish. They've already won the business for our kitchen project.
