  I've lived here for almost 2 years now, and here is my updated review. TLDR version: Great place to live if you are okay with the price tag.
  
  The Pros:
  -Great staff, and residents are very friendly
  -Basically 1 walking bridge between you and town
  -Modern apartments with modern appliances
  -FIOS and Comcast, and ethernet outlets in every room of apartment
  -Clubhouse with gym, yoga studio, rock wall, free premium coffee drink machine (espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.)
  -Pool and fire pit, outdoor BBQs and areas are nice with plenty of space
  
  The Cons:
  -Pricey (the cost for all the good things above)
  -Noise level sometimes (see note below)
  -Parking on weekends is sometimes very difficult (see note below)
  
  Noise note: As expected, there is some noise being this close to town, especially on the first Fridays of each month in spring through fall when they have their music events in town. There are active freight train tracks that do run through the right side of the complex as well, so it can be pretty loud at times over there. After a while you don't even notice it anymore though. If noise is of a concern, simply getting an apartment facing North and/or West would solve this, as most of the noise comes from the South and East, and is blocked by the buildings if you are on the other side.
  
  Parking note: There is absolutely adequate parking in the entire complex on weekdays for every resident and their guests, but you may be walking very far on weekends due to non-residents from town coming in and playing the "you won't tow me" gamble. I used to see the tow truck come every day multiple times and leave with several cars. In the last 6 months though, I've never seen them once and cars have sat here for entire weekends illegally. We have had our lot filled to the street several times with illegally parked cars because it has become known in town that our complex doesn't tow anymore.
  
  A note about the ApartmentRatings reviews for this community - their "verified resident" doesn't require you to actually prove you are a resident or even give a name (just list how much you pay in rent which is available on the public website), and it's obvious that there are a number of fake anonymous reviews on that site both good and bad. Please apply scrutiny when reading them and look for the obviously scripted ones. Many of them have been in the last year. The fake ones are usually extremely generic and are only 4-5 sentences.

  We have been living here for one year and it feels like resort living. The lawns are well appointed and the apartments are quiet and energy efficient. Parking has several options, but there's plenty of it. Have a need? Just let the staff know! They are the best. It's a beautiful, active community and Bridge street is a short walk.

  This place is incredible. Staff is extremely professional. I’m really satisfied with our move to riverworks. We couldn’t be happier here! This place is the best compared to their competitors.
