We bought a hot tub from Burch's Spas way back in 1999 and the spa has served us well all these years. I have only had a handful of normal service issues in all this time and each time I call Pat, he either promptly takes care of it himself or if he can he walks me through a solution on the phone. If you are looking for a good spa at a decent price, I highly recommend Burch's Spas.
We bought a used hot tub from Pat in November. He delivered it on-time, installed it, and stayed until we were sure all was working well (and it was!). I can't say enough good things about the entire experience.
