I had a great experience as a new patient. The doctor was great at explaining things to me at my level, being clear without overdoing it. I'm looking forward to trying some new things to improve my vision

Dr. Burgess is a very knowledgeable and polite doctor. She understands all of my strange eye conditions and makes me feel heard. The front office staff are all great as well.

I would highly recommend Dr. Burgess and her practice. Every time I go it’s such a wonderful experience. They are punctual and kind and relaxed. And I thank you for your wonderful services today Dr. Burgess and ladies!!

Really wanted to like this place more and I go back and forth about whether to give a 3 or a 4 rating - so I'm giving a 4, as perhaps my expectations were just too high?

The staff is friendly and helpful. In fact they were quite eager to help find a pair of glasses that would fit my needs and budget. They seem like they enjoy their job so that creates a good atmosphere.

Dr. Burgess seems nice enough and definitely shows competence and concern for doing a good job. She took her time to ensure that the prescription was correct, allowing time to try a new prescription to be positive that it would work. That was great!

I don't like the fact that they push their glasses for purchase, but that's typical for some optometry offices.

Overall I was satisfied but I wouldn't go back again, so that's why I'm not overly positive about the experience.

At the same time, I would not discourage others from going here. Perhaps it's worth giving it a try for yourself?
