    The best customer service I've received in a long time! I was having trouble with a filter system that my landscape contractor installed a couple years ago. Nate at Practical Garden Ponds worked with me over a three week period to troubleshoot the issue. He even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get the parts covered under warranty. I would definitely buy from Practical Garden Ponds because you can't get that kind of service from Amazon.

    I don’t make a habit of writing reviews however the service and overall shopping experience from Practical Ponds was exceptionally pleasant, productive, and peaceful. The entire transaction was completed on-line however I had questions and concerns that the staff answered by phone and email. They were always prompt and informative. I also found them to be flexible and accommodating. I honestly think this business is unusually professional and provides an observable superior experience to the consumer. They certainly did so for me!
