I was with Keystone FCU for years. (When another institution buys out another, you always wonder how bad it's going to be. )
I can honestly say that I have been treated so much better since Trumark took over. This past weekend I went to Downingtown branch to get something taken care of that was overlooked at the time of changing hands. Not only did Katie Ireland take care of that but lowered my rates on my credit card, my loan and is helping me refinance my new car at a much lower rate.
