  As I am not the Zumba enthusiast, it took the beautiful will of my daughter to get me to a Zumba class at Love 2 Be Fit Zumba Studio. However, possessing a background in Yoga Therapy, I found Zumba, in the manner at which it is taught at Love 2 Be Fit Zumba Studio, to be an active outlet for the empathetic soul. With the exception of the random outbursts of “Wu, Wu” (fun for the chakras), the studio owner Kristine‘s class is taught with non-verbal cues which offers a creative freedom for your body to move deep stagnant energy, including the deeper sticky, stuck energy. So to my empathetic friends, when you are ready, set your pace and enjoy the boisterous music and supportive energy of the class.

  I could not be happier simple as that! I love every class I take, all the people I have met are awesome, and I thoroughly love teaching my sat morning Barre class too. Love 2 be fit has enhanced my life!!! Many thanks :)

  So much fun! I tried Zumba for the first time here and it was such a cool experience. The instructor had so much energy it really kept the room alive. The atmosphere was unique too. It was dark like a nightclub setting but with lots of colorful bright lights that really put you in the mood to dance. I will definitely be going back.
