I took my 3 year old daughter to Dr. Mark for a second opinion, he was so caring with her and patient which was the total opposite from the original place we went (the dentist was annoyed that my almost 3 year old was crying after getting a cleaning). While he did have the same treatment opinion of the first place I went with him since he seemed to understand my child's needs a little better.
The office is fun and inviting - we actually try to arrive extra early so my 3 year old has a few minutes to hang out in the waiting room! We have seen several hygienists and a couple of doctors at this point, and everyone has been fantastic. Couldn't be happier with this place!
I give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I just love them all! Happy, smiling girl :-)
Dr. Jenny is TOP-NOTCH! She has the unique ability to balance a high-level of professionalism, while being incredibly gentle and compassionate with her patients and their families. I find that to be a valuable asset in this area particularly, where those concepts are generally mutually exclusive. We feel incredibly blessed that our daughter is in such great care!
Blown away by this place, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting room has all sorts of entertainment for the kids and coffee and tea mags/books for the adults as well.
You can either enter to a private room and accompany your kids if they are scared, or they can go into the open big kids room by themselves. They have entertainment for them that they can watch while they get cleaned. My 3 and 6 year old feel so comfortable they go by themselves into the big kids room...this is huge for us since they are usually never without me.
Highly recommend it!
