Everything is always clean, unlike other gyms i have been to. I would recommend going here because it is truly amazing will change your life. It is a small group personal training or 1 on 1 training. This place is Very professional and they owners are truly fantastic. There is always music to keep you pumped up and a lot of items and workout materials. I'm not just saying this because I know them very well, but it is truly amazing how they turned an old art studio into a Unbelievably Nice gym.
