Top Flight Stables is one of the best run facilities in the area. Ellen Cabot, the trainer and owner of the business, is a consummate professional. Ellen is an excellent trainer and I have become a stronger and more confident rider as a result. When it comes to the wellbeing and safety of clients and horses Ellen and her staff maintain the highest standards. Ellen and her staff are always cheerful and kind. Happy horses and happy clients! TFS is a beautifully maintained farm. I highly recommend Top Flight Stables.

Ellyn runs a good business managing the horses and ponies. If you are interested in learning horse or pony riding, doesn't matter what level, you will certainly enjoy the experience. If you have your own horse, they can board them there. There is an indoor riding ring and plenty if outdoor trails and pastures. Blair is a great employee as well and knows her stuff. If u live in Chester county I suggest you check out this place first before you go to other places. The location is right off of st. Matthew's...off of 401. Other places will not even accept you unless u have some kind of experience. Top flight will take all levels of experience.

My horse and I have been with Ellen for over 3 years and we have never been happier. The care is exceptional, her training is outstanding, the barn environment is always positive, all the horses are happy and each horse and rider are addressed appropriately. I always enjoy myself while with my Top Flight family!

This is an amazing place. Trainer Ellen Derrick understands what each horse and rider needs to advance, and how to get them there. She has a wealth of experience working for years with top hunter trainer Louise Serio (among others) and her own natural instincts are excellent. From intermediate or more advanced level riders looking to move up, to beginning riders or riders who may have taken a break and want to get back into it, she knows how to move horse/rider teams to the next level. She tailors programs to suit each horse and rider and really takes an individual approach. The environment is extremely positive and warm (unlike so many barns that are negative and gossipy), and the horse care is excellent. You and your horse would be very happy here!
