I have been with this practice for almost two years. The staff is very kind and Dr. Irfan is calming and consistent. I like the convenience of tele health appointments and also that the practice accepts my insurance.

I’ve been with Dr. Irfan for about 2.5 years and Nina for a few months. My life has changed so much since I’ve started care with this team. Dr. Irfan is extremely patient and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. He involves me in the treatment process, instead of just throwing pills my way. Nina, my psychotherapist, is also awesome. She helps me organize my thoughts and feelings into manageable parts, so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I have been seeing Dr. Irfan for 4 years, and he totally "nailed it" in terms of my intervention plan. Our first few visits, he was delicate, sensitive, and addressed all of my concerns without pushing medication. He has always considered the multi-contextual factors that influenced my mental health and life functioning. The medicinal route we took was a "just right" pace for my comfort level in the beginning, and we've been in a steady maintenance phase for a long time now. He has built a space of safety, trust, collaboration, mutuality, and respect where I can share any concerns about my daily experience beyond my psychiatric intervention plan. He has been a great compliment to my therapy process through college, grad school, and the start of my career!
