Now I am retired and living in Florida but I still return to his dental practice. He is the best! He and his staff are professional, personable, and very patient. Much gratitude and appreciation!

(February 21, 2018, 9:13 am)I'm a rather new patient here, and while Dr. Kopecki seems nice enough and knowledgeable, there must be an issue at the front desk. Recently, they tried to charge me for something they said they would not. Then today, they didn't have me scheduled after my wife made a point to schedule the appointment and double check that it was. Funny how most places charge you a fee for missing an appointment, yet no one compensates you for lost work when they mess up. You'd think they would at least be apologetic and try to make it work, but apparently the days of customer service are out the window at this place. Anyway, I guess this has pretty much cemented my decision in not to return. I suggest you do the same.
FOLLOWUP: I decided to try them again after Gia called me to apologize for everything. The staff was also very kind this time around. I hope that trend continues. -

Everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. Dr. Scharf’s dental work is beyond excellence! I highly recommend Exton Dental Health and wouldn’t want my teeth in anyone else’s hand.

(September 21, 2017, 1:42 pm)Incredible and professional experience at this practice. The office staff and assistants are responsive, helpful and available to you. Dr. Scharf took on a near 3 year project with one of my children. He was comforting and took on the quarter back roll guiding through all of the steps it took to make his smile perfect. He works to ensure that any action is done right, the first time. No short cuts, no hassle. He moved heaven and earth to ensure this procedure and project ran smoothly. I personally have been seeing Dr. Kopecki for years and greatly admire both Doctors dedication to their field. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.
