A Storage Depot - West Chester

What can you say? I need to store items and hope they'll be safe, secure, and easily accessible. Well, I got far more than I bargained for. The facility is clean, well lit, with bathroom that's extremely accommodating. Ivan could NOT have been more helpful and attentive to my concerns. You'd think I was buying the place.
Ivan, you're a credit to this industry.
And, did I mention how clean and secure the West Chester facility is?

I met Ivan prior to his coming onboard at A Storage Depot. He was the reason I started renting there. He had and has always treated me and my wife with the utmost professional, conscientious attitude... and keeps the facility spotless. FYI, I have had some of my boxes (All Black) sitting in my unit untouched for almost 8 months. When I went to move them this evening, there was virtually no dust. How do you explain that!? I've rented space from other facilities, and I would typically have to clean off dust and cobwebs every month.

This place kept in mind it's clients storage need. It's a warm storage unit, has heat for your storage space, very clean and even has bathrooms which are clean. They have a cleaner person and seems they are keeping it very tidy. Their is this man who works there usually when I come and get is so welcoming, like Saint Nic. Also, they play some good music in the background as you unload or load your stuff. I am very happy with this place

I have been renting a 10 x 10 self-storage unit here for about a year and having nothing but good things to report. I am on the third floor but the elevator service and hand carts provided make it easy and quick to transport things from my SUV and to retrieve them as needed. Easy access from Exton and West Chester, and the facility is clean, modern, and attractive, both inside and out. Staff at the front desk are always helpful if I have a question. I am also pleased with the rate, which I believe is less than what is being charged elsewhere in the area for equivalent climate controlled self-storage. Great pickup and dropoff for U-Haul as well, which is hard to come by in the area. Winner!

Ivan was extremely helpful in making this smooth transition from my old storage unit into this new facility. I am very grateful to have had this experience and will most definitely be referring other customers who are also leaving Extra Space storage and are fed up with the 90% rate hikes!

A storage Depot is clean and a huge step up from my old unit. Ivan takes care of every detail with the storage rental and the uhaul rental. He’s available when needed and answers every question as quick and thoroughly as possible!! I’m so glad to be dealing with Ivan again for my storage needs!!
