Santilli Construction recently completed a kitchen renovation at my house that I am exceptionally pleased with. The kitchen itself posed several challenges that John conquered with ease, stemming from his deep knowledge in construction and design. John and his team were professional, kind, reliable, punctual and reasonable. The team ensures quality work that is not overpriced. We are obsessed with our kitchen remodel and can't wait to hire him for another project!

John is topnotch, we have used his services at least 8 times, ranging from full bathroom remodels,spackling and painting, installing entry doors, flooring etc. He offers good suggestions and always cleans up. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use him again.

John and team remodeled our kitchen, combining three small rooms and a half bath into a wonderful space that we love. He’s a very good partner to his client, being a good listener who offers options, but keeps you anchored to what’s possible and won’t waste your time and project costs.
