(September 22, 2018, 4:01 pm)We moved into The Point at Windermere in April, and have had no complaints. Upon moving in there was brand new carpets, and fresh paint, and we were offered to have the countertops upgraded as well if we liked which we chose not to as we have two young kids, and the existing countertops weren't in too bad shape so we decided to hold off for now. As is to be expected moving in somewhere that isn't newly built, a few mechanical issues have cropped up, but as soon as we notified the office a service tech would be by to troubleshoot the issue, and prepare whatever was needed to fix it quickly. The longest we waited from making the call to repairs finished was maybe 24hrs total, and the least was this past week our washing machine started squeaking, and within one hour I was doing a load in our brand new washer! That was impressive, and per my experience the norm here. There's never been any excuses made, or dodging, it's straight to solving the trouble and making living here as hassle free as possible. The community grounds are very well maintained, and clean, with multiple resources for resident leisure activities. The Point at Windermere is pet friendly, and our two small dogs have several neighborhood friends to pack walk with they really enjoy. The residents, and staff at The Point have proven to be alert, and concerned for safety of all, and community wide email alerts keep everyone up to date on any activity taking place in the area, as well as regular maintenance, and safety check schedules so there are no surprises. It is a respectful community, and I have yet to hear any inconsiderate noise levels past sunset, and never felt concern over my children playing outside, or taking family walks in the nightime. The women I have met in the office that handle the business side of running a rental community are extremely nice, and have made clear that they are there to help in any way they can. This has been a nice place to live, and my kids have enjoyed meeting other children at the pool, or playground. There is also a nice gym, sauna, and community room with computers, color printer, television, and small kitchen for residential usage. I'm sure there are more benefits to come in the future as well, as it seems to be under proactive, and progressive management that understand happy tenants bring better tenants.

We can tell it by heart that the amazing experience we have had with The Point at Windermere, we never had such in any other apartment complex. There are reasons why so. The biggest problems we face as apartment tenants is getting in touch with apartment/leasing office - there is barely anybody who talks with responsibility or at least show some effort to help solve our problem - The Point at Windermere is the only exception in our 10 years experience in USA apartment life. The property manager Theresa Ching is a warm and a kind hearted lady who listens to our situation and honestly tables the best options available. All the other staff members are also very helpful following her leadership - they are always there. Everytime we requested for a service we got somebody came over on the same day, only once it was the next day - I mean, how many places are there that you get such service?! Barely any. I would live here as long as I could without any doubt. I wish all the best to Theresa and the team, The Point at Windermere and the Panco management.

I have gone in a few times to request some repairs, some easy and some more complicated, and all have been repaired and completed within such a timely period. The young gentleman that comes to do the repairs is always very polite and courteous and answers all my questions if he can. The management and all its employees have made my move here easy and a great experience.
