Amy was terrific in educating & then motivating my wife and me. Her program works really well. She takes her time to understand your goals/needs. Amy responded instantly to our questions. I took her cleanse for healthier eating habits & understanding my food allergies. Along the 2 week way, I lost 8 pounds but more importantly I felt less tired & had a lot more energy.
Now I have permanently incorporated many of her meal choices. I am so truly glad I took Amy’s cleanse course. I give her a 100 percent thumbs up!
My experience with Amy was truly a great experience! I decided to seek out an accountability/trainer coach that could help me through some weight loss and motivational support. It was also great that we could do it remotely and she had a plan that would work best for me.
Even with a good background in the gym/food area, I found myself getting into a yo-yo pattern over the years. Amy was great to help me stay on track, working in new ideas, and just someone to discuss questions any possible bumps along the road.
Amy is a great listener and she helped me reflect on the “journey” in a deeper way that can be very helpful for lasting change. I find the key for most people to lose weight and get away from the yo-yo dieting is to stick to some core principles. Amy has a wonderful way in reinforcing those principles so that you stick with your changes. This is where you find true health. And that’s the whole idea, once you’re healthier you’re happier and who doesn’t want that!
I dropped 25 plus pounds and put on a good amount of muscle and look and feel so much better. I still have some more work to do but she put me on the right foundational trajectory for that to happen! It’s great she has an extensive background in the health/fitness field, this is a huge bonus. I will truly remember this as a turning point in my future that needed to happen in my life and she was the perfect person to do it!!
Amy was so helpful and understanding. The one on one feedback helps you wade through all the information we get on what is healthy for us. She tailored specific tasks for me to work on weekly which I could accomplish and feel good about! She also helped me to work on goals that make sense for my lifestyle and time constraints. I’m so happy that I’m already seeing the results and we’re just starting!
I have had an amazing experience working with Amy. She took the time to get to know me and customize her recommendations to be specific and also realistic. She gave me weekly step goals that were challenging but not overwhelming, which I believe will result in long standing habits change. She also isn't afraid to call me out and challenge me to think differently about things and try something new! Highly recommend Amy for anyone looking for a new perspective on wellness, eating, exercise, or other health components!
