Climbing on the rocks while hiking is beautiful and cool. It can be a bit if a challenging to climbed but so much fun. Good trail to takes your dogs on, mine loved it. I can't wait to go again.
A fairly short and relatively intense out and back hike. It took me with a dog about an hour each way. -It is extremely rocky, from small, almost gravel stones, to ankle twisting mind fields, to scrambling boulders.
- the only steep section is getting up to the ridge, the ridge itself, though rocky is fairly level with some good scrambling.
Very nicely marked trail. Beautiful scenery. Unfortunately some people can't follow rules. Evidence of people making fires which is not allowed. Broken beer bottles in 1 small area. But overall a great place to hike. It has a good climb. The path is very rocky and uneven so wear shoes to accommodate.
Different terrains, good hiking, beautiful views on high rocks! Brought my teen girls for a nice hike and it had some challenging areas that mad eit interesting. Came across a snake hidden inside crack of rocks when looking out at the views...immediately made escape so no introductions were made. ????
This trail is so much fun! I have totally different experiences every time I revisit it.
