    Lived here going on 3 years. Great price with great accommodations. Maintenance solves any issues quickly, and they're such a friendly duo to talk to. The office staff have been so helpful when I had a late payment. The house arnt the most updated, but they're still a great place to live. A lot of space here compared to other off campus housing. Parking is free and right outside the house. Rooms are big, with a queen size bed included. I personally love bard and wouldnt have wanted to live anywhere else.

    Bard Townhouses is a great place for Ship students to live. The staff are kind and they are willing to help you with any issues that you encounter at your place. The maintenance crew is kind and helpful and will fix any problems in your townhouse. They have great security which makes me feel safe when walking back home at night. It is a great place to live and I recommend other students to live here!
