(August 21, 2018, 10:16 am)Recently had a vinyl plank floor installed as part of a basement remodel. It was a complicated job because of the condition of the concrete foundation slab, but I was assured it could be done well. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, and meticulous, and masterful with the installation. I could not be happier with the results. One bonus is how much we also enjoyed interacting with Lee and Charlie at the store, on the phone, and in our home. Great people involved at every stage of the project!

(July 24, 2018, 8:02 pm)Lee Fisher and his team were great to work with. Lee was professional, answered all our questions, and went the extra distance to accommodate our schedule. The crew who came in to refinish our old hardwood floors were polite, hardworking and did a fabulous job. We were a bit concerned about the dust, but were really pleased to find that the 'dustless' system really is! Our floors turned out great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fishers!

(January 10, 2018, 6:11 am)We had a wonderful experience with Carpet One. Lee (the owner) promised us that he would get our rugs in within two weeks after the purchase of our new home. He said I give you my word that I will get it done for you on the date you need. We were on a very tight time schedule and he was true to his word. They were one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with and when I left his store I said to my husband that Lee knew/understood exactly what I wanted and that I believed he really would get them in on time. With today’s poor customer service this was the first time in many years I felt like we weren’t just a number. It was like the old days when the local store owner took pride in his business and did everything possible to please his customer and be true to his/her word. He even gave us his personal cell phone number to call him the moment we left the settlement table so he could run to our new home to take measurements and get the rugs ordered. Once the rugs came in to a somewhat local holding warehouse he had a driver go to pick them up since there was no time to ship them to his facility which is usually done. All this extra customer service to ensure the rugs were in before our movers came. The rugs look great and I don’t think a customer could ask for more. To make it an even nicer experience he personally called us the evening of install to thank us for our business and to make sure we were happy with everything. I can’t recommend carpet one enough!
