We hired Jin and Antonio to do a complete overhaul of our outdoor spaces and exterior at our rowhome in center city Philadelphia. They jackhammered two and a half feet of concrete out from our existing patio; they removed the stucco exterior and replaced it with Everlast siding; they demo’ed an elevated deck and added two elevated decks off the back of our house. They installed pavers, and even flipped a door and a window in our back wall.

We are so happy with the job OCR did — they are so outstanding in a broader industry that seems to tolerate non-responsiveness and imprecise workmanship — that I can’t say enough about what a pleasant experience working with them was. Of course, with a project of this size, unexpected things happen, and when they did Jin and Antonio (as well as their crew) adapted and at every turn made sure that everything was addressed and we were satisfied. I will also add that OCR’s prices were reasonable and Jin, in particular, did a remarkable job of keeping all of the details straight and ensuring the project was finished in a timely fashion.

We will definitely be using OCR again for the interior of our home.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The workers arrived promptly as scheduled which allowed them time to assess the work and provide an estimation. Once we agreed on the work, they started on the job right away. Not only were they efficient, but the work crew was courteous and asked detailed questions to ensure they were doing what I wanted. I had all of my basement copper pipes replaced with color-coded PVC pipes. Now, when I go in my basement it is easier to distinguish between my various pipes. Overall, the work performed was excellent. The workers were very kind, professional, and attentive. They even made sure to leave the area neat and clean. I highly recommend this company and will be using their services again.
