Having read two bad reviews (from the doctor and the Columbus weekend guest with parents), the doctor should have understood you are a small business owner. You tried to accommodate different dates.
The other should have understood the fire code violation.
That you were given a rating of 1 for the property certainly indicates their review wasn't credible and they were only out to hurt your business. -

(August 11, 2018, 10:17 pm)My son stayed at the Carriage House on this property for the summer as he was in Philadelphia all summer for an internship.
I cannot being to say enough good things about this property and the wonderful owners. They were so very kind, caring and attentive to my son. The home was spacious and very nicely furnished.
This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend to all. We will definitely stay here again whenever we find ourselves in the area. -

(April 16, 2018, 8:02 am)We stayed at the Hamanassett B&B this past weekend. The house is a historic and beautiful. The rooms were quite and very clean. Everything was nicely decorated and appointed with some very unique antiques that the owners were proud to tell us about. Breakfast was served in a formal setting and was delicious. I would recommend the experience and plan to stay here again with my wife. Also don’t pass up the freshly baked brownies on the second floor landing.
