My brother's wife passed away a few months ago and he was devastated. I live several hours away from him and could not travel to console him. However I contacted Polites Florist to deliver a large dish garden with 10 daffodils (his favorite) and he was so delighted with it. He called me to say how beautiful it was and it gave him many hours of pleasure just looking quietly at the flowers. Polites did a wonderful job creating the arrangement and delivering it to my brother right away. I was pleased that they did such a good job. They helped my brother and me in our time of great sorrow.
I called this florist from out of state and spoke with Diane the day of my grandmothers birthday. She was very helpful and thorough in making sure the order was handled with care- even made sure to use her favorite flowers. I would use them again for friends or family without question.
