  The staff was exceedingly helpful to everyone they came into contact with and I'll be sure to use them for the majority of my fireplace needs. They specialize in gas fireplace products. I don't have a gas fireplace but they have all the accessories for wood fireplaces too. Definitely worth the trip to the store.

  SO impressed with this company!! Who provides over-the-phone consultation, finds, scans and emails a manual for an old gas log heater in your home from a manufacturer that closed years ago? The team at Scott's Fireplace! Oh, and we live out of state so they can't even service our unit, but now that we have the information we need on our unit we can care for it properly and sell our house. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area for their exceptional commitment to customer service.

  They helped me correctly diagnose and resolve a problem over the phone. Very responsive and called back immediately. The quality of their work and installation was as good as one could expect. I had so many competitors try to talk me into very expensive direct vent units and they encouraged me to consider a much less expensive ventless unit. It exceeded my expectations and I was impressed it wasn't their goal to sell me the most expensive product!

  My gas fireplace was acting up. I called there and was told to unhook it and bring it down. I did & he hooked it up to the gas there in his shop in the basement. He cleaned it out and hooked up new remote switch for me for a fair price. This was 3 years ago. Still works great.
