  I looked around a lot, but I found the Radwyn to be the best fit for me. There is plenty of parking, the apartment is in great shape with new appliances, and the office is responsive to all of my needs. So far, so good. I'm loving it.

  Simply a nice place to live. Friendly and courteous staff and maintenance team. Always responsive.

  Great apartments. Maintenance is under-staffed, though. We only see one of the same two guys (both great) any time there is a problem, and I can tell that they've got a lot of problems to take care of all around the complex. It can take a while to get things fixed.

  We moved in about seven months ago after selling our house in Media. The apartments are great. The community, the diversity and of course the management. We did have some minor and major repair needs, but they were promptly taken care of by management. If anyone is looking for an apartment in a great neighborhood, great school and stress-free from management, this place is it.

  I've lived at Radwyn for three years now, in two separate one-bedroom apartments, and this complex has met every one of my expectations. The complex is safe, clean, quiet and family oriented. The amenities in the apartments are fairly up-to-date, I haven't had a leak or a broken appliance in my time here. I've also had no issues with pests or mold. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Any correspondence between tenant and management is handled very professionally and quickly.
  
  I would absolutely continue to live here if it weren't for a my work taking me downtown. I recommend anybody looking in the area for a solid, clean, affordable, reliable apartment living experience to look no further.
