  My 98 year old mother and I moved in at the end of May 2019. The apartment was in immaculate condition - as if no one had ever lived in it. The rooms are large and bright with over-size windows. The facility is well maintained and very quiet. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. The residents are delightful and we very much enjoy living here. Highly recommended. Rex Anderson

  Older apartment complex, but very spacious inside. Has all the charm that you'd expect to find in an old building.

  Wessex House is a good place to live with proximity to SEPTA Station and very good school district

  I love this apartment because the maintenance is excellent. I mention an incident that when we had a problem with Kitchen faucets, I mailed Ray(who is the manager of the apartment, a very cool and kind man) saying the issue. Within 2 hours, a maintenance guy dropped into my apartment and fixed the issue.
  
  For the people who complaint about bed bugs and mice, my suggestion as follows. If we keep our room neat and clean, we can avoid those. To be frank, it's not that maintenance guys can only remove those permanently but, each one's responsibility. Though we had bed bugs and mice at our apartment, we fixed that issue by cleaning our room periodically. Hope, this helps.
