The employees were very kind the service itself was fast (1 hour long repair + they managed to fit me in early). The new glass looks great, although I've only had it for a day so I can't rate the quality of their product yet. This said they took good care of me and the car and they made getting glass fixed a lot less stressful on the customer. Keep up the good work - highly recommended.

They replaced my windshield fast and for a reasonable price so I could get back on the road. I recommend this company highly. Thank you again Safelite!

I had a cracked windshield. The crack started out small so I didn't think much of it. I put off getting it repaired or replaced because I didn't want to deal with the hassle associated with getting the work done. Finally, the crack continued to creep across the windshield until I couldn't ignore it any longer.
I contacted my insurance. They had me contact Safelite to schedule an appointment for windshield replacement. Pretty smooth so far.
I contacted Safelite and a windshield replacement was scheduled.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived a little early. A mechanic came out to look at my car to check it for scratches and dents. They wanted to be sure nothing new was induced during the replacement process by examining the car first to establish a scratch and dent baseline to compare afterward. Upon completion of the inspection, I took a seat in the waiting room. Pretty smooth so far.
After a short period of time, my car was ready. My windshield had been replaced. I was given a few simple instructions to follow for 24 hours and was on my way. I couldn't believe that anything could be as easy as this turned out to be.
If you get a cracked windshield, don't do what I did. Get it fixed! There is no hassle associated with windshield replacement at Safelite. These guys are very good at what they do!
