  I've had good experiences and bad, so i can say that the experience I've had at Springfield ford Lincoln has definitely exceeded the bar of good service. I want to especially give recognize Anthony Melasecca in the service department. The service I've received from him when servicing my 2014 mkz has been phenomenal. So much that i feel like i can't purchase a car outside of the Lincoln brand because i will be losing the service that comes with it. Thank you so much Anthony for making every visit to Springfield Ford Lincoln a welcoming and pliable experience.

  Love love LOVEEE my new mustang! Thanks to Jordan for giving me the best deal ever! No one else can beat Springfield Ford’s prices and trust me I went EVERYWHERE for pricing. Kudos to salesman Jordan and managers Justin and Jeff!

  Great shopping experience. Rita Feehery in the sales department found exactly the vehicle I wanted. She made the buying experience easy and fast. I love my new Explorer. Rita also enrolled me in Ford Pass Rewards where I earn points that I can use for service or for the next vehicle I buy.

  I love how they work with you. I went to see if they can help me after I went to robin Ford. Just for oil change & ck out fuel. If they need to be full. So they
  Rota wheels . while I wait, the next day the truck was so bad bounce all over making diff. Noise's So I said I can't go back to them for I didn't feel safe on what would they would've done.
  So I went to Springfield Ford's
  They gave me to drive cause they ask if I could leave the truck.
  The next day I when back to see what and it was going. They said yes. I paid the bill.
  When I drove it I thought my truck didn't turn on me son said mom it is one. I thought it wasn't my. I was so happy. I cannot say to much but if you need your ???? needs work they do a A+++++.
