Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor is great. I wouldn’t trust my vision to any one else. He always gets it right.
The Dr is so good there. The reception area is great.
I have been bring my 8 year old son here several times a year for a couple of years (he is rough on his glasses). We have frequented both the Chadds Ford and Springfield offices/stores. They are a really friendly and personable bunch of people. The staff always remembers him when we come in to the Chadds Ford store. They were very sensitive to his emotional issues when he first learned he needed glasses. They made such a positive impression upon him he always looks forward to going in. We have had frames fixed and frames and lenses replaced very quickly. Since they have multiple stores they have been able to get frames from another store that weren't available where we were. We have even driven between stores to get our issue resolved in the same day. I have been very happy with the service at both stores and look forward to many more years with them.
