  Jillian is awesome. Very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. She made purchasing the bed easy. No pressure. Can’t wait til bed arrives!

  Marlene was wonderful, she spent time explaining each detail to us. We arrived to the store a few minutes before closing, she did not rush us, she allowed us time to ask as many questions as we needed to until we decided which bed was best for our needs. She definitely went above and beyond for us by staying an hour and a half after closing.

  Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating as we sought to pick out the best model bed for our needs and sleep style.
  
  We faced very little pressure and almost zero up-selling. Salesperson was patient as we asked many questions about what we wanted to buy now vs. what we could add on later.
  
  Delivery crew was fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did not mark up our walls taking the new bed in or taking the old mattress out.
  
  We love our sleep number bed, it has helped both of us sleep better and wake up more refreshed!
