  The hotel staff were friendly. Parking was great! I was surprised at how many spaces were available. I was there for a conference; the room temperature was very comfortable! I've been to conferences around the country and this is one of a few hotels where I didn't freeze. The one complaint I have is the ladies room next to the conference hall only had 3 stalls. Poor planning! It would take longer to explain why that makes no sense than the lines that formed outside of the ladies room at break time (the lengths of both are astronomical)! They offer overnight parking at a fee which is probably for people who are not guests of the hotel.

  Great place to stay. Beautiful room. Bed very comfortable and everything was very clean. awesome customer service; very helpful and friendly. will definitely stay here again.

  The renaissance is a very nice hotel. It's super close to the airport which is a huge bonus in my book. The staff was very polite and offered to help with anything i needed whenever I needed it. The room was just the right size not to big or to small and it was very clean.

  Came here to meet some friends and it was much better then I expected. Walk in the entrance was really nice the bar area was well kept. Parking though is a joke. They have like this dry pond thing in the front of the hotel taking of space for like 100 more spots. So your forced to pretty much park in the opposite side of it and walk around the damn thing to get to the hotel. If your going to have this thing in the way why not build a bridge over it so we don’t have to walk around it? The original room the gave us was disgusting. AC didn’t work, bed looked slept in, and the chair had stains on it that I refuse to think where they came from. I immediately called downstairs and they came up, was very apologetic, switched rooms with hassle. The new room was on the other side which I called the clean side. It was like going from a third world country to Canada
