(June 3, 2023, 10:33 am)I work for a school, and we had a big order. There was a problem with shipping, and Kelly’s Trophy’s was so helpful getting the problem resolved. I’m maybe jumping the gun with this review since I haven’t seen the products yet, but working with them has just been so refreshing compared to the other vendors we’ve used for other events. It feels like they’re real people who view their customers as real people, and that’s such a welcome change! For their excellent customer service alone, I would 100% recommend using them!
