Connellsville Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I decided on a road trip we stayed here on the way to falling water. It was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and it was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are clean, the hosts are very nice and the breakfast was delicious. If I'm ever up north again I'd definitely return

I loved the house....sparkling clean and polished to perfection. We were a bike group of six, and had a very thorough welcome. Guido was terrific with assisting in bike adjustment and GAP trail tidbits. He made my life better by leveling my seat. He had all the necessary tools in the bike barn. When asked, we were given a selection of restaurants....we went to a wonderful local restaurant/bar.
Lucy fixed an outstanding breakfast...a terrific way to start the day.

This is a charming bed and breakfast! Provided a clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable environment. The bed was amazing. The hosts were delightful and always helpful. I appreciated that our bikes could be locked up each day! The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful!! Thank you Guido(Don), Lucy and Brittany. You were all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this as your next stay especially if traveling the Allegheny Trail!

Stopped here while cycling the GAP trail with a friend and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast is positively extraordinary and worth the price of admission alone. They have a budget room with two beds that is not part of the main house--it faces the main street. It was quiet enough and perfect for us as we just wanted a place to stay and, judging from the beautiful interior of the commons area, I think the rooms in the main house are pretty fancy (more expensive?). There are lots of good places within walking distance to eat, drink and be merry. There was a bit of a cultural/regional mismatch between us and the husband/male owner (he talked a lot about how much he hated where we were from), but don't be put off by his personality if you speak with him; this is a fantastic spot.

This was probably one of the most amazing B&Bs I’ve ever gotten the chance to stay in!

Lucy and Guido were truly the most amazing hosts, cooks, knowledge experts, and chatters!

We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them over our weekend stay and staying in this gorgeous house. It is newly remodeled and everything inside is so crisp and clean. Lucy and Guido have amazing amenities in the bathrooms and have a washer and dryer upstairs where the rooms are if you are in need of that, including a fridge upstairs where you can store any restaurant leftovers.

The B&B is literally right beside the bike trail and a stones throw from the river front, so it is an incredible place to explore the trails and get to enjoy nature.

You’re also probably less than 30mins away from FallingWater.

My wife and I laws have literally had the best time here and would be so grateful to return here in the future!
