What a great company! Sales Agents, Customer Service Agents and I recently experienced the quality of the Service Techs!
I have leased numerous copiers for my business over the past 25 years and I can assure you that Ford is the best I have ever done business with!

We came to Ford from another managed print service that I won't name, but I will say that the other company was really terrible. Since we've switched to Ford, it's been like night and day. The machines are really workhorses, they almost never jam or break down (our old machines were constantly needing attention and service). Everyone from Ford that I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful and professional, and the service techs are extremely knowledgeable and get issues taken care of pretty quickly. We haven't used any of their other services, so I can't speak to the quality there, but the company seems to be very good and service focused in my experience. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Ford and would (and do) happily recommend them to anyone looking for a managed print service.

I called Ford Office Technologies to schedule a service call and did not need to leave a message, the customer service representative answered the phone, and she was helpful and friendly. An hour later, our service technician Nick shows up! He fixes the issue and could not have been more efficient and friendly. Great local customer service is extremely important, and Ford has got the right idea. We are now ordering a second copier and that has been a smooth experience as well. Thank you! Keep it up!

The church has had Ford Office Technologies for quite sometime. They are very good at taking care of technical issues, very fast at sending a technician out (usually the same day), technician are very helpful, considerate and nice. Ordering ink is a breeze and arrives in record time. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for copiers.
