Fallingwater Museum Store

Gift shop and visitors center were pretty nice. Kind of a tree house feel to the whole place. Got some food from the little cafe that was all very tasty and the gift shop had some interesting FLW stuff as well as other random books and things. Overall a good experience.

This is a must see destination. Ive always been a fan of the Fallingwater home since we read about it in high school. The pictures in textbooks dont do it justice. We took the quick tour but we will def take the private tour next time. If it's your first time, I would take the regular tour then decide if you want to do the private tour later.

As gift shops go, this is a good one. Quality items and well organized. Not a lot of junk or gimmicky tourist trap stuff, rather beautiful remembrances of your time at Falling Water.

Soooo many lovely items. I love the earrings that use Wright's designs, mostly windows and rug patterns in pretty colors. I have earrings from visits to Taliesin and Taliesin West, but the selection here was better. Many, many books, scarves, votive candle holders, even window panels and table pieces in various sizes, note paper, children's stuff, too much to list. More FLW items than I have ever seen as well as things related to other architects and artists.
