  Every member of the Hurley staff was wonderful. Whether it was the office staff or the team working in preparation for the actual auction I was always supported in my decisions. Cleaning out my parents house was of course an emotional time, and every member of the Hurley team was supportive at every step of the process. They were always flexible with my needs and provided much needed advice to guide me through the process. I have already recommended them to a close friend.

  We used Hurleys to "downsize" my mother's personal property. They were easy to work with and professional in every way.

  I had a great experience with Hurley. I was downsizing and I worked with them on selling my house and the items in it. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. I've sold houses in the past through a realtor but I would definitely do an auction again. So much less stress and work for me. Hurley took care of everything!

  Our family had an excellent experience with Hurley Auction. Our family auctioned my mother's house and this was an older home that two other auctioneers were not thrilled to sell. First time our family ever auctioned anything.
  Matt Hurley stopped by, looked at the house and said " I can sell this house and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised". We were pleasantly surprised. The house sold for twice what we thought we would get. We found Matt and his team to be very professional, courteous, and efficient. They did a great job and we would absolutely use them again.

  Wonderful Experience! Matt Hurley and his team went above and beyond my highest expectations.
  
  I explained to Matt that I was unsure how to go about cleaning out a house filled with three generations of hoarded items and whether he would be even interested in auctioning them. He examined the items, said "Yes," then patiently described four options from which he thought I could make a profit, as renting dumpsters and possibly hiring help would be involved.
  
  At the same time he asked if I also wanted him to auction the house. I truthfully had already decided not to sell the house at auction because I "knew" I could get a lot more with a traditional realtor.
  
  Well, was I ever wrong!! To make a long story short . . . . In the end, I did have him list my house for auction after all the items in the house we're auctioned off (at a profit).
  
  He and his team led me every step of the way. The house was not in good condition, so I followed all their suggestions to improve the "saleability" of the house and land. Because of that and all the advertising and Hurley's inside network of prospective buyers, a "bidding war" began right after the open house. Misty, the real estate "expert," handled all the 'phone-in' offers for days, and kept me updated on the progress.
  
  One week before the auction was to be even held, I signed a contract to açcept an offer that was far and above anything I ever imagined I would get for the house!
  
  The entire experience, from the first meeting with Matt, to the final sale of the house, was made easy, because of Hurley's experience, respect for my wishes, and their truly caring team. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
