Great dental office in all aspects, reception, hygienist, and dentist. Good location and very nice facility.
Dr. Parrett has been my dentist for the past decade. Throughout this period, Dr. Parrett has continually provided outstanding dental services, developed a very professional team of dental hygienists, established good relationships with high quality dental specialists, and created a very comfortable office environment. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Dr. Parrett to all of my friends and family.
I developed a very painful ulcer that nearly left me debilitated as it was affecting a nerve running between my jaw and temple. After several nights of no sleep, I found myself searching what could be done about it besides the standard answer I was given by the Urgent Care to wait it out for 1-2 weeks. I found that laser therapy on the ulcer can significantly reduce the healing time and nearly immediately relieve any pain. I called several area Dentists in York/Harrisburg offering this service without luck of any same day availability. I called the 6th dentist, CVDC, and they were able to get me in within hours. I was more than happy to make the 1.5 hour drive there.
The procedure was absolutely painless and it worked! I have had no pain since and I left feeling very grateful towards Dr. Parrett and the friendly staff. I felt like I was in and out in no time. The next day (today), they even called to followup with me to see how I felt. I believe the evidence was that last night I had a full night's sleep and was able to return to work today. I highly recommend this practice!
I've never had a bad experience here. I've gone here for years and would highly recommend Dr. Parrot. When I need cavities filled I feel absolutely nothing when they numb me. He's great and everyone in the office is thorough. Also, wait times are minimal. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room last time.
