Great experience. They said they would arrive between 10 and 2 and at 10:15 Darryl was ringing the doorbell. He diagnosed the problem and had us fixed in a short time. Great experience.
In regards to Dylan. You must be available for appointment times set and then keep your appointment time when the plumber does arrive. Trucks do not run on icy hilly driveways. As well your water heater is 28 years old and parts are not quite so readily available if they can be found at all. Please keep in mind everything is not always as someone else portrays. We strive for excellence but not always can that be achieved due to some people want what they want and rarely are satisfied when it is impossible to meet their expectations.
