I got a bra that was misized. They returned it for me, no tags. No problem.
Love the quality of the underwear & bras. I won't buy them from anywhere else. I've been a customer since 2000. They r a lil bit expensive but honestly they r sooo worth the extra few dollars. The bras last FOREVER. I have one that is 18 yrs old, u would never know it....its amazing.
My only complaint is that they dont seem to carry the smaller plus sizes as much as the much larger ones. They NEVER seem to have the bra type I wear in my size & we always end up ordering it. However, they do deliver the order directly to either ur house or the store....but I'd rather get it that day.
The smallest panty size they usta stock was 14-16 but they just recently introduced size 12...which I'm thrilled about.
If they r running a sale, esp a big one...just make sure u check the receipt...sometimes their registers dont apply the sale prices correctly. They always fix it for u no questions asked.
The employees r super helpful & very knowledgeable. They help w sizing & looking for products in ur size.
They ladies were very helpful!
Very helpful staff. Bras didn't last as long as I hoped. Some of the styles lost their underwire only months after wearing. But a great selection overall.
Great clothes. Big selection. Sales staff excellent.
