(March 2, 2020, 4:04 pm)I was going to get multiple quotes for the repairs I needed on my car's fender. After 5 minutes in the office, I was greeted by excellent customer service and technical experience. After my interactions with everyone to get me a quote for my car, I no longer felt it was necessary to due due diligence by getting multiple quotes.
This is all not even mentioning the excellent results of the repairs to my fender. They completed the job two days early and I only had to drive a rental car for one full day.
I'm thankful to have such a great shop just a few miles from my home. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I won't think twice about being a repeat customer. -

(August 5, 2019, 11:06 pm)I would recommend them to anyone they have been amazing. They made our nest car look new again after someone side swiped us a year ago. We just had a pices of trin come loose we went back and they are replacing it no problem.

(May 9, 2019, 1:27 pm),After having a terrible 2 weeks with my accident and insurance company, Thru it All made the rest of my ordeal effortless. Every staff member I dealt with were helpful and polite. I can definitely see customer service is their goal. They walked me through every step from day one, dealt with the insurance company, and set up a rental car company to meet me there the day I dropped off my car. I felt pampered and actually walked out that morning with a smile even though my car was wrecked. Thanks Thru it All. If I could give more than 5 stars you'd definitely deserve it! To top it off my car looks perfect, like it never happened.
