Nice for a great workout
Just comolested a 6 week challenge. Was welcomed with open arms even though I was a beginner! Everyone is so helpful and no one judged me! Signed up for more!
If someone would have told me last year that I would come to love CrossFit the way that I love it now I would have never believed them. The Lancaster CrossFit family welcomed me with open arms, they never judged me for what I wasn't able to do, instead they encouraged me to push my self and do things that I never thought possible.When I first started in August of 2016 I would have never imagine jumping up on a 20 inch box and now I can with the encouragement of Tim and the coaches I am doing things that I never thought I would do. I used to go to the gym and always felt like I was being judge for not having the form or not doing something the "right" way. I would definitely recommend for anyone who lives in this area to check out Lancaster CrossFit because it is definitely the best gym I have ever been to and the people make it even better. :)

I been going to CFL for about a year and a half now. They have top notch coaches that are very knowledgable and will help you with whatever movement you are struggling with. The community is great too! We often do BBQ's or parties of some sort around holidays and big events. In my opinion CrossFit Lancaster is definitely one of the best Crossfit Boxes in the Lancaster area.
