  Oak leaf manor north is my second home.this is my first ever job since I got here in United states 5 yrs ago.
  Our residents and my co workers are like a family members to me. Serving residents with love,respect and dignity is my passion.
  Our employer is the best too. and i thank them for always seeing the best of us as employees and for rewarding us.

  Oak Leaf Manor has such a warm home-like feeling the second you walk in the door. As a referral source I always appreciate the prompt communication I have with the staff regarding our mutual residents/patients. My patients are always well taken care of and are truly provided with quality care. I would recommend Oak Leaf to anyone looking for a personal care home for their loved one.

  I am a new employee to Oak Leaf Manor North and I have honestly never been more happy with a place of employment. From my interview process to my first day of employment everyone I spoke with was so professional and welcoming. I have never felt so at home with an employer before. All of the staff goes above and beyond for our residents and is genuinely caring. I am more than beyond happy and honored to say I am an employee at Oak Leaf Manor.

  The entire staff is so caring - everyone, and that includes the maintenance, cleaning, laundry and kitchen staff, the secretary, administration - EVERYONE! If something is requested, it's provided almost immediately. When things are "lost" (Dad's wedding ring disappeared - and was found right where he put it) they are just as concerned as the family would be, and search just as thoroughly. I cannot express my deeply held appreciation for all that this group of people do to make my father 's life - and by extension my brothers and myself - as comfortable and safe as they can.

  My father has been living at Oak Leaf Manor North for a little over 5 1/2 years and we still can't believe our good fortune to have found this amazing "home" for him. The entire staff, Diane G. Felix, Kara, Phyllis, Annabelle, Danielle (it would be simpler to just say everyone) goes out of their way to make him feel special. The nursing staff are literally guardian angels, from monitoring his daily care to his recent hospitalization, when a nurse from Oak Leaf came to the hospital to advocate for him. My father is an independent person who has blossomed since his arrival. The social interaction, the activities, in addition to being able to practice his religion has been paramount to his quality of life. On a personal note, knowing that my father is being cared for by people who are compassionate, caring and patient makes my life almost stress free.The employees are not just fulfilling a job requirement, they are living, breathing care takers and I thank God for each and every one of them.
