  I like this storage because it's sooo clean. I know because I need a storage and I took my husband to other storage locations and he didn't like them at all. See he is that type of person everything has to be in excellent. I needed a storage and finally I showed S'more Storage in Landisville to my husband. He loved this please. I can see his smile from far distance. We rented a unit immediately. Everyone who works here has awesome personality face to face or on the phone. They are so friendly with big smile on their face especially manager. Now I have three units I rented from here. I will keep doing business with them as long as I need storage. Excellent job for keeping this place in excellent shape.

  This storage facility tops any in Lancaster county. I placed my order online, sight unseen, due to an emergency issue that came up. I had access right away to the unit. Shannon, the manager, called me the next day to check on things and to verify information and to help me with anything that I need. She is positively a gem, and is the nicest person possible. Everything there is well lit, marked very visibly and is extremely secure. Units are clean inside and even at the top of the units there are no spiderwebs or anything like that. They are clean very thoroughly. I appreciate the fact that you get a month free rental when moving in that is a huge help as well for many. Even though I rented a 10 x 20 climate controlled unit, it looks like they also have spaces to park mobile homes, campers, trailers, and just about anything else on the property as well. Storing with this company you would not be disappointed. They work with you in anyway possible. I will actually be reaching out to Shannon today to rent another unit due to extra space needed.

  Shannon is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and honest. She answers questions clearly, returns calls promptly, and does what she says she will do. She is so friendly and cheerful.
