I grew up hearing that Chiropractic care was bad. Then I had L4-L5 spine surgery at age 26 following a gym injury. With almost nil post-operative care instruction, I continued on with life, facing intense corporate stress, unhealthy habits and daily limitations due to chronic low-grade pain and sporadic debilitating back flare-ups. I said ENOUGH of all of it and became a Health Coach.
