  My husband and I had to pay $35 each for our application and where denied because of our credit. I specifically asked the lady I spoke with about credit issues and she said they wouldn’t base it on our score so a few days go by and we are waiting for a response and it was like I had to keep contacting them to get any sort of answer. It was very frustrating not knowing anything. I understand it takes a few days for them to do the research but, for the amount they charge for the application I wish I didn’t have to hunt them down.
  Besides that, Once I did get ahold of someone for answers they where nice about the denial I just wish they would have contacted us directly with answers.

  We pride ourselves on being good responsible tenants. We were treated with that respect in-kind from Crossroads Property Management. Issues were generally addressed promptly and communication was easy. If you're a good, responsible tenant, expect the best from this management group and you will likely receive the best.

  Crossroads Property Management took over a house I was renting half way through my lease and the transition was simple with absolutely no issues! Brian and his team are quick to respond to issues that may arise and handle things in a professional and friendly way. As my lease began to approach, Brian was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, which when you are trying to move out of one place and into another is really appreciated!! I would highly recommend CPM if you are looking to rent in the Lancaster area!

  I'm not sure what all these bad reviews are for! I had a really good experience with this company. I lived in my apartment with them for over 2 years and every time I had a maintenance request they came within a day. Also, based on the negative reviews here I was fully expecting to not get my security deposit back, but after I moved out I ended up getting 80% of it back. I feel that was fair because I definitely did not clean as thoughougly when moving out as I could have, but I also did not leave it a complete mess. I think the other people leaving reviews must be highly critical and/or very dirty tenants.
