  This gym offers the newest releases of Les Mills classes such as body pump and combat. You can drop in for a workout and pay a fee for the day. Bring your own yoga mat to use for the class and arrive early as there is a limited amount of good weights, bars and steps to use for class.

  The Les Mills classes are great. A nice atmosphere for women to go and work out. The eucalyptus sauna is a nice finishing touch to working out too.

  Love this gym. Many classes to pick from. Met many fantastic women here who have added extra fun to the workouts. Any woman looking for a gym should definitely seek out Figure Firm.

  I LOVE this gym! The people are sweet and the classes are LEGIT. I take Step n Sculpt with Rose twice a week and I was back into my pre-pregnancy jeans within 6 weeks of having my fourth baby. Classes are FUN but you work hard. I’ve not taken a class I didn’t love and love that it’s only ladies! My mom and sisters and i go together and we have a blast while getting fit! Highly recommend!

  Joining Figure Firm has been a great choice! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wonderfully varied class schedule as well as all the gym equipment you need! Figure firm also holds fun events for members as well as non members like sweat a thons, paint night's and most recently a holiday shopping night!
