  Had a bad experience at this store a couple of months ago, but went in yesterday to change plans and the person who helped us was very accomodating and empathetic. He wasn't able to do everything we needed at the store, but he referred us to customer service as needed. He also worked with the manager to address our previous experience.

  Great interaction with the store manager, Michael, who assisted me. Much better experience than I've had at other Verizon locations, so thank you!

  Had an appointment at the Verizon at signal butte but they were closed when we arrived. We drove 1abd half hours fro Globe fir the appointment. Thus Verizon store on Recker graciously fit us in and helped us. Our associate Junior was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will go back here and skip signal butte in the future even though it's a little further.

  After switching to Verizon at a different location about a year ago, I recently had a bad experience with that store. So I drove across town to the North Mesa store for help. I met with Tawnya and Junior. They were quickly able to resolve the issue I was having and got me signed up for a new line. If you need help, go see the team at this store. An absolutely top notch crew.
