(July 4, 2018, 6:38 pm)Iddings Electric was recommended for installing an electrical outlet inside a fireplace before installation of a gas insert. I had an additional request for electrical outlets to be installed in a recently remodeled bathroom that had no existing outlets. To honor the referral, the service manager graciously allowed work to be scheduled outside their regular service area. Prior to the arrival of the electrician, I received an email confirmation which included photographs of possible service providers. Alan arrived within first half the scheduled time window. He was professional in demeanor and in his approach to both jobs requested. Alan took his time to arrive at what appear to be the most practical and considered solutions to bring electricity to two equally perplexing locations within our structure. He was polite and deferential throughout the process and completed the requested work without complaint. Thank you again, Alan, for your hard work, especially when scrambling about in the insufferable temperatures in the attic crawl space during the hottest day of the heat wave.

(June 13, 2018, 1:37 pm)I had Iddings come out to my home to install an outside outlet & switch next to my deck. I am planning on using it to plug in some rope lighting and overhead string lights on the deck. Alan from Iddings arrived when scheduled. He spent some time reviewing the project and asking questions about what I wanted. He was extremely polite and professional and explained in detail what he would be doing before I had to leave for work. When I came home I found everything cleaned up and was very pleased with the job! I would highly recommend this company!

The technician was incredibly courteous and explained to me all of my options. He ended up fixing the issue that day but he also helped evaluate some other questions I had for my home. I would definitely recommend them for any job; their level of expertise and kindness was incredible.
